Ms. Whalen sold my condo in three months in Santa Monica. In this market, it is a miracle. I painted and placed a new carpet and she suggested staging. I wasn't so sure it needed staging but there are buyers who cannot quite picture how good a unit can look unless they see it furnished. I am very grateful to Megan for that. My unit went twice into escrow and I lost my patience many times but Megan stayed cool as a cucumber and coached me through the intricate rules of real estate negotiating. In my mind you like you pay and you don't like you walk. Megan kept saying no that is not how it is. She'll hold your hands (not literally) through negotiation and she is a very good professional.
